Why do we collect the information:

We collect personal information to allow us to provide a service to you. As an internet based company, we require a postal address to fulfil orders as well as an email address and/or telephone number to provide you updates on your order.

We collect your email address and consent to be added to a mailing list to make you part of the Eloma Community.

How do we store, use and share your information:

If you set up an account with us, we store your information on the Wix.com data storage (see below). We use this information to process and complete your order. Depending on the delivery method selected, we may share this information with a third party courier to allow you to get tracking information on the delivery status of your order.

We maintain a database of email addresses for our mailing list. We will use this information to send you emails which will include marketing information, promotions, styling tips and updates about out products and services. If these get too much you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. We do not share this database of email addresses.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to help get your order to you, this may be through any contact details you have shared with us, including phone, email or postal address.

We will also contact you if you have subscribed to our mailing list. Our newsletter will include information about upcoming promotions, new items and general styling and fashion tips. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at anytime and still order items from Eloma Design.
